AP photographer Emilio Morenatti’s left foot had to be amputated after he was injured in a bomb blast in Afghanistan. That didn’t mean he stopped shooting, however.
Photo-journalists are REAL heroes. Forget everyone else. These are the guys that risk their lives to get you the stories so you know the truth. It’s one of the reasons why I want to be a war journalist. To show the world the truth.
